Warranty Policy

All Swixo watch and strap orders come inclusive with a 12 month warranty. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects of the watch components. All of our watches undergo quality control testing before being packaged. The movement functionality, case strength and water resistant seal are all tested to maintain our high quality standard.

The warranty does not cover:

• The battery or the battery life
• Normal wear & tear and aging
• Damage or defects resulting from accidents, negligence, abnormal use, water damage due to swimming/diving, or lack of care.

Please note that handling or repair of the watch by non-authorised persons will void the warranty.

Returns Policy

We offer change of mind returns within 7 days of receiving your item for unused/unworn items only.

The product must be unused and in it's original packaging with protective stickers and labels intact. The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent out. If the item has been used or worn at all it will not be eligible for returns however the warranty will still be valid.

It is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping. Swixo does not take responsibility for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping.

Please allow up to 7 days for the refund once the item has been received and it has been confirmed the item has been unused and is in its original condition.
